Car4Goal ("the App") offers a subscription plan for access to premium features for a fee of $8 per month. By subscribing to the App's subscription plan, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Payment will be charged to your account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same $8 monthly rate. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
By subscribing to the App's subscription plan, you will have access to premium features. These features are for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the premium features or the App.
All income generated from the App's subscription plan belongs to Autotech Intelligent Limited Company. The App and all its components, including the premium features, are the property of Autotech Intelligent Limited Company.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We do not share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Account Settings. The App may terminate your subscription if you breach these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
The App and its premium features are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The App does not guarantee that the premium features will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
